Abstract
Nowadays the world is fully dependent on the internet and also people are concerned about environmental behaviour so they want to switch to renewable energy. The most convenient renewable energy is solar power. Gradually the world is developing and upgrading with technology. In our daily life, we can use solar power in a smart manner so that we can reduce the consumption of other non-renewable sources. So solar energy is a great choice if we can continuously monitor it and also proper maintenance is needed. In many rural areas where high exposure to the sun is present, we install solar plants but proper monitoring and maintenance of these plants physically is difficult. In these conditions, we need remote monitoring. In this project, I am proposing a raspberry pi based solar inverter which uses the Internet of Things to monitor the solar power system remotely from anywhere in the world. The communication then takes over through the Blynk server to the Blynk mobile application where we can see real-time data of the system.
