Abstract

Abstract Magellan Behavioral Health successfully earned the 4-year Council on Accreditation (COA) accreditation that is supported by the development of new Employee Assistance Program (EAP) standards. Magellan's experience is outlined with discussion of various components, experience and lessons learned while going through the process.
