Abstract
In this paper, the radiation mechanism of the high-speed connectors are investigated by the distributive power radiation formulation and characteristic modes theory. It is shown that hotpot can be identified by the distributive formulation method and the un-symmetry of geometry will cause unbalanced mode current.
