الذکاء الاصطناعی سیاساته وبرامجه وتطبیقاته فی التعلیم العالی: منظور دولی Artificial Intelligence: Its Policies, Programs, and Applications in Higher Education: An International Perspective

Abstract

یتمحور البحث الحالی على واحد من أثمن التطبیقات التکنولوجیة المتقدمة فی العصر الثانی للآلة، أی تطبیق الذکاء الاصطناعی (artificial intelligence)فی برامج داخل الجامعات ومراکز البحوث وفى التعلیم العالی بصفة عامة وبشکل متواتر وسریع سرعة انتشار المفهومات والتطبیقات المرتبطة بالذکاء الاصطناعی ، ویعرف الذکاء الاصطناعی، بأنه القدرة والعمل على التنمیة فی نظم المعلومات التکنولوجیة التی تعتمد على الکمبیوتر والأدوات الأخرى التی تکمل المهام التی یقوم بها والتی عادة ما تتطلب الذکاء الإنسانی والتمکن من الوصول إلى استنتاجات منطقیة (logical deduction)، ویهدف البحث رصد سیاسات وبرامج وتطبیقات الذکاء الاصطناعی فی التعلیم العالی من منظور، باستخدام الآلیات المنهجیة فی الوصف والتحلیل والتفسیر من خلال تناول: تاریخ وتطور الذکاء الاصطناعی بصورة وصفیة مبسطة. المصطلح ومرادفاته واستخداماته فی العلوم المعاصرة. المهارات الحیاتیة والمخاطر الناجمة. تطبیقات الذکاء الاصطناعی والسیاسات والاستراتیجیات والمستقبلیات، ومن أهم هذه التطبیقات، الأنظمة الخبیرة Expert System، تمییز الکلام speech recognition: هی برامج تستطیع تحویل الأصوات إلى کلمات (Text)، معالجة اللغات الطبیعیة Natural language Processing، الربوتات Robotics: هی آلة کهرومیکانیکیة تتلقى الأوامر من حاسب تابع لها فیقوم بأعمال معینة.
