The functioning process of the server in the B/S architecture is discussed. The server is developed with the components registered in Struts-config.xml file. At the client, JSP pages are created with dreamweaver. Abstract

As electronic patient record (EPR) is the basis of clinical information and the core of a hospital information system (HIS), the research on EPR is an important element of HIS and digital hospital construction.
