The primary cluster head will communicate with high energy nodes and secondary cluster head will communicate with low energy nodes. The novelty in the work is also defined in terms of cluster head selection procedure. Abstract

Underwater sensor network faces the challenges against the nodes placement and the energy consumption in a clustering architecture. The aim of this paper is to improve this clustering architecture by defining an effective cluster head selection mechanism with effect of node localization.
