The research approach adopted for the study is the qualitative research design. Information was collected by interviewing 45 faculties of the Gedu College of Business Studies (GCBS). The research unveils that although the faculties of GCBS are doing lots of research work, however, while teaching in the class faculties are opting for student-oriented teaching pedagogy. Abstract

" There is a long-standing question of whether there exist any nexus between Teaching and research or not. There is a strong argument that research and teaching should go side by side.
