Abstract
Seen the diversity of the technologies of current access networks, the mobile terminals have the possibility of reaching several types of networks at the same time under the concept “Always Best Connected” (ABC). 鉴于当前接入网技术的多样性,在“始终最佳连接”(Always Best Connected, ABC)的概念下,移动终端有可能同时到达几种类型的网络。这就要求对垂直切换(VH)进行良好的管理。我们将VH分为三个阶段:切换启动、网络选择和切换执行。为了优化网络选择问题,提出了群MADM方法。本文的目的是在网络选择阶段对MADM方法的各种组合进行比较,最终选择最能满足服务质量(QoS)要求的最佳组合。
