The data collection period was October, 2016, and a total of 155 questionnaires were analyzed. Nurses' workplace learning averaged 3.97 points on a 6-point scale, job satisfaction was 2.99 on a 5point scale, and nursing performance was 3.70 on a 5-point scale. There was a significant difference in job satisfaction according to working department and work type, and there was a significant difference according to education level, marital status, department, and type of work.
