Abstract

Efficient and reasonable warehousing can help manufacturers speed up the flow of materials, reduce costs, and achieve effective production and management of resources to ensure smooth production. This paper analyzes the current situation of the warehousing business of Shazhou Turbine Pump Factory of Hunan Province, and further explores the specific reasons for the idle warehousing facilities.
