Abstract

This study represents the adverse effects and detection technology of Brucellosis. Our results demonstrated that isotemperature amplification technology can be used to detect samples with low DNA content, the newly developed kit based on isotemperature amplification can be tested for Brucella at 30 °C ~42 °C and completed at 5min ~20min. As such, the kit has a variety of advantages, for instance simple operation, small instruments attachable, convenient carrying, speediness, high degree of sensitiveness and accuracy, high repeatability. We hypothesise that the kit has broad application prospects is widely suitable for grassroots and field detection.
