FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN KETERATURAN MEMBAYAR IURAN PADA PESERTA BPJS MANDIRI DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS NAMBO KOTA KENDARI TAHUN 2020

Abstract

Abstrak  Latar Belakang: Kepesertaan JKN Mandiri di Indonesia sudah mencapai 52.983.693 jiwa (BPJS,2020). Sedangkan jumlah kepesertaan BPJS mandiri di Kota Kendari sebanyak 21.911 jiwa.  Dengan kenaikan iuran BPJS sebanyak 100% dari harga iuran sebelumnya, maka  peserta BPJS kesehatan memiliki beban  pikiran untuk membayar iuran BPJS terkhusus untuk peserta mandiri. Tujuan: Penelitian  bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang hubungan dengan Keteraturan Membayar Iuran Peserta BPJS Mandiri di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Nambo tahun 2020.Metode: Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. teknik penarikan sampel Non probability sampling .Populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 172 orang dan sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 119 orangHasil:Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada hubungan bermakna antara motivasi dengan keteraturan membayar iuran peserta BPJS Mandiri di wilayah kerja puskesmas Nambo (p value = 0,097<0,05), tidak ada hubungan bermakna antara Tempat Pembayaran dengan keteraturan membayar iuran peserta BPJS Mandiri di wilayah kerja puskesmas Nambo (p value = 0,677>0,05), tidak ada hubungan bermakna antara jarak menuju tempat pembayaran dengan keteraturan membayar iuran peserta BPJS Mandiri di wilayah kerja puskesmas Nambo (p value = 0,497<0,05), ada hubungan bermakna antara presepsi terhadap mutu pelayanan kesehatan dengan keteraturan membayar iuran peserta BPJS Mandiri di wilayah kerja puskesmas Nambo (p value = 0,056<0,05)Kesimpulan: Kesimpulannya adalah terdapat hubungan antara aspek motivasi dan presepsi terhadap mutu pelayanan kesehatan serta tidak terdapat hubungan antara aspek tempat pembayaran dan jarak menuju tempat pembayaran terhadap keteraturan membayar iuran BPJS mandiri di wilayah kerja puskesmas Nambo. AbstractBackground: Independent JKN membership in Indonesia has reached 52,983,693 people (BPJS,2020). The population in this study were 172 people and the sample in this study amounted to 119 people. Results: The results showed that there was a significant relationship between motivation and regularity in paying independent BPJS participant contributions in the working area of the nambo health center (p value = 0.097<0,05), there was no significant relationship between place of payment and regularity in paying independent BPJS participant contributions in the wotk area of the nambo health center (p value = 0,677>0,05), there is no significant relationship between the distance to the place of payment with the regularity of paying independent PBJS participant contributions in the working area of the nambo health center (p value = 0,497>0,05), there is a significant relationship between perceptions of quality of services by regularly paying independent BPJS participant contributions in the working area of the health center (p value = 0,056<0,05).  Conclusion: The conclusion is that there is a relationship between aspects of motivation and perception of the quality of health services and there is no relationship between aspects of the place of payment and the distance to the place of payment on the regularity of paying BPJS independent contributions in the working area of nambo health center.
