Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) to manage engineering teacher training using the MIAP learning process and coaching and mentoring techniques, 2) to assess the competencies of electrical engineering teachers by using the developed teaching and learning management, 3) to evaluate the effectiveness of teaching and learning management, and 4) to evaluate learners' satisfaction using the developed teaching and learning management.
