Based on the relevant principles, this paper puts forward the reasonable countermeasures to construct the differential incentive mechanism, in order to provide a reference for the development of modern enterprises. Abstract
Innovation is the power and soul of enterprise development, and scientific and effective incentive mechanism is the "catalyst" of employee innovation.
