Würde als rechtsethische Norm aus kulturellem Gedachtnis

Abstract

In the constitution of the Federal Republic of Germany human dignity is a norm of personal identity accruing from cultural memory. By canonisation this norm has become the supreme legoethical principal and the ultimate measure for all other ethical norms based on collective communicative memory. Canonisation invests this legoethical norm with a categorical obligation which excludes any pursuit of modification by sociocultural development, by the normative dictate of state authorities or the normative dictate of public spirit. In the meaning of the metaethical theory of institutionalism the legoethical norm of human dignity is not an , submitted to a plebiscite »by feet«.
