A Study on Factors of Organisational Climate among the Employees of Selected Banks in Madurai City

Abstract

This study deals with the factors of Organisational Climate among bank employees. Organisational climate plays a major role in all the sectors both private and public. In today’s world banks plays an important part in the business sector because this sector has changing day by day in all forms of operations. So it is necessary to study organisational climate in banks. This study identifies some of the major factors prevailing in banks like Organizational Design, Individual job characteristics, Co-worker relations, Work environment and Senior management.
