She got neurodevelopmental therapy, lower extremities strengthening exercise, sensory integration therapy, consulted to nutritionist and ENT department. She was suggested to use NGT and had an adenoidectomy but the mother refused. After 3 months, she could stand without support but still could not walk. Discussion: Down syndrome causes delay in development, comorbidities make it worst. Patient had delays compared to Down syndrome developmental graphic. There were improvement in gross motor but malnutrition, adenoid hypertrophy, obstructive sleep apnea interfere the management. Conclusion: Down syndrome usually has comorbidities. Down syndrome causes delay in development and comorbidities make it worst.
