Furthermore, some high order SigmaDelta loop topologies have favorable noise shaping characteristics for electronic noise originating from the pickoff circuit and signal anti-aliasing. Abstract

Previous work on sigma delta (SigmaDelta) interfaces for micromachined vibratory gyroscopes were based on lowpass SigmaDelta modulators.
