Abstract

In this paper the demonstrator of the multistatic system based on the software defined radio (SDR) principles for localizing different sources of emissions is shown. The goal of the presented work was to develop a low-cost system built from commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) components for localizing the sources of the illumination, which might be used for passive radar receivers. The developed system was validated using real measurement utilizing the localization of the DVB-T transmitter. The paper presents the system architecture and real results gathered by this system.
