Analysis of important components of rubber extruder

Abstract

∗This paper introduces several important parts of the rubber extruder on the stability of the extrusion quality and uniformity, including the feeder, screw, barrel and head of the extruder, and analyzes the influence of some important parameters (such as screw speed, barrel temperature, etc.) on the extrusion stability of the products.
