Non-probability sampling, namely saturated sampling, in which all members of the population are used as samples, will be employed as a supplementary technique. The data source employed is primary data, i.e., data obtained directly from respondents by distributing questionnaires (research questionnaires) to the objects under investigation. The method of data analysis includes descriptive statistical analysis, tests of validity and reliability, and testing of hypotheses via multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test, and coefficient of determination test. Abstract

This study seeks to empirically investigate the relationship between Work Environment and Competence and Employee Performance at the Ministry of Religion of Tana Toraja Regency.
