Distributed Leadership: Interview with Jorge Frascara and Guillermina Noël

Abstract

In this interview conducted by Stan Ruecker, Frascara and Noel describe their design work involving distributed leadership on interdisciplinary teams. They emphasize that designers bring unique skills to bear, especially in the design of interactions among people, and that design education needs to change to provide designers with the necessary skills to work in public and social areas.
