The COVID-19 pandemic, which has been ongoing since early 2019, has had a negative impact on various industries, including the hotel industry. Indonesia is one of the regions in the world affected by COVID-19. The hotel industry has experienced a very drastic decline in occupancy, therefore it is necessary to implement an appropriate and effective business communication strategy in order to stabilize the declining occupancy. The purpose of this research is to find out how the business communication strategy implemented by OYO Hotels and Homes Indonesia during the Covid-19 Pandemic through the Sanitized Stays Program. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method by collecting factual data based on observations, and documentation and literature relevant to this research. Abstract

摘要:酒店业是对印尼经济有重大贡献的行业之一。从2019年初开始持续的新型冠状病毒感染症(COVID-19)疫情对酒店业等各行业产生了负面影响。印度尼西亚是世界上受COVID-19影响的地区之一。酒店业的入住率急剧下降,因此有必要实施适当而有效的商业沟通策略,以稳定下降的入住率。本研究的目的是了解OYO Hotels and Homes Indonesia在2019冠状病毒病大流行期间如何通过“消毒住宿计划”实施业务沟通策略。本研究使用的方法是描述性定性方法,通过收集基于观察的事实数据,以及与本研究相关的文献和文献。研究结果和OYO Hotels and Homes Indonesia通过Sanitized Stays计划开展业务沟通战略活动的结论符合酒店的目标,即在Covid-19大流行期间稳定入住率。关键词:战略,沟通,商业,消毒停留计划
