Abstract
The exponential growth of LMS utilization has paved the way for empirical studies that tried to explore the variables influencing students' and teachers' adoption and continued use. While the literature in the Philippines provides few studies that investigate the variables that drive continued use of LMS among faculty members, determining these variables is crucial as it can provide insights on how an HEI can create better policies and guidelines to encourage the utilization of faculty members. With this in mind, the study was aimed to determine the causal factors of the actual use of faculty members to a Learning Management System in one University in the Philippines. The study used an Extended Information Success Model (ISSM) derived from the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) and other constructs about Managerial Support. A total of fifty-six (56) faculty members answered the survey from June to July 2019 through the MS Forms Pro. Following linear regression, the study revealed that Social Influence, Information Quality, and University Management Practices were the top three (3) predictors for the actual use of an LMS. Other findings and Managerial Implications are discussed in the paper.
