On Some Aspects of World Development: Conflict of Goals and Opportunities to Solve Them

Abstract

The situation which emerged in the post pandemic environment made the regulators worldwide to face a difficult choice — to retain the preserve measures or to make fiscal and monetary policies more tighten. Similar problems arise in relation to diminishing in inequality, which became more acute due to support measures. However, if these measures are not provided, it will adversely affect the standard of living of the population as a whole. When it comes to the Russian Federation the problems become more intense due to geopolitical tensions, which intensifies volatility in the financial markets and require additional support measures.
