The current-voltage characteristics of the dye-sensitized solar cell had been studied in light condition. The DSSC is characterized by the measurement of open circuit voltage, short circuit current density; efficiency and fill factor. Abstract

In this work, we have fabricated dye-sensitized solar cell (DSSC) based on chemically grown ZnS nanoparticles with three different source of dye namely Gerbera jamesonii, Rosa indica and Acalypha wilkesiana leaves extract.
