The results showed that work-life balance had no significant effect on turnover intention, while also had a direct and significant effect on job satisfaction. Meanwhile, job satisfaction had a direct and significant effect on turnover intention in the millennial generation in Indonesia. Abstract

This study discusses the effect of work life balance on turnover intention which is mediated by job satisfaction among millennial generation in Indonesia.
