Abstract

This study aimed to identify the reality and challenges activating the community partnership between the school and the local community according to a study sample of secondary school graduates with speech disorders moving to the labor market in Riyadh region. Identifying the challenges they face, and detecting statistically significant differences in the reality and challenges of activating the community partnership between the school and the local community with people with speech disorders, which are due to the difference in the study sample in the two variables: gender and the path of transmission, The study also used the descriptive (analytical) approach. The study community was all secondary school graduates with speech disorders who moved to the labor market or study in Riyadh region. A random sample of high school graduates from people with speech disorders who moved to the labor market or study in the Riyadh region was selected, the final number on which the study was applied was 70 high school graduates from people with speech disorders finally This study reached the some of results which of them The reality of the community partnership with people with speech disorders between the school and the local community came to a "neutral" degree, also The secondary school faces many challenges that greatly impede community partnership, and there are no statistically significant differences between the responses of the study sample members according to the gender variable (male, female), and the transition path variable لمج ـ ـ لا ة ــ يبتر ـ ــ لخا ة ــ صا ــ ـ تلاو ة ــ هأ ــ لي للمجا ــ د ( ) علا ــ دد ( ) ـلجا ــ ءز يـناــثلا – وـــياــــم 45 (study, work) in the challenges of developing community partnership between the school and the local community, The study recommends paying attention to studying the needs and expectations of students, whether with regard to the labor market or moving to study, and pay attention also to developing the relationship between the school and service providers that support students' moving from school to the labor market.
