There are three major processes involved in the production of folding chairs, namely construction, finishing, and assembly process. Among those processes, the assembly process of Yamato NN has the highest contribution to produce defective products. The sigma level in this process was 4.082. There are five phases that have to be done in using this method, namely Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control. There are corrective actions that had been done in the assembly process. Abstract
