Abstract

In this study, we considered to produce a multiproduct in line production by using Kanban System for improving Bottleneck Problem. We propose a Pull System and a Kanban System for quality developing and material replenishment. It is a part of JIT (Just-In-Time) through the process flow at manufacturing. We developed to smooth of flow of product at the Bottleneck point by using the withdrawal Kanban Card and Production Kanban Card and then reduce Work-In-Process (WIP). As indicated above, strict rules must be followed to enable the Kanban System to work efficiently and effectively.
