This paper through the analysis of current society's emphasis on education human capital leads to the necessity of research on human capital investment in education fairness problem. Then this paper introduces the overview of the research object, the concept of human capital investment, education, human capital investment concept, education investment of human capital characteristics, education of human capital investment, education investment of human capital measurement methods and education importance of human capital investment. Then through introduction and analysis of the Jiangsu province college entrance examination recruit event reduction, shows that today's society to the attention of education fairness and the violent reaction, the derivation below education investment of human capital status quo. Abstract

Booming development of information era, knowledge has become the fundamental of society which we based on, education investment of human capital is the most important source of knowledge. 教育人力资本投资公平性研究
信息时代蓬勃发展,知识已成为我们赖以生存的社会的根本,人力资本的教育投资是知识最重要的来源。作为决定个人未来发展的影响因素,同时在家庭为个人和国家经济生产力的未来发展进行投资的同时,其存在的公平问题一直受到社会的高度关注。因此,本文结合近期社会热点问题——江苏省高考招生事件,减少教育投入的人力资本权益问题。本文通过分析当前社会对教育人力资本的重视导致研究人力资本投资教育公平问题的必要性。然后介绍了研究对象概述、人力资本投资的概念、教育、人力资本投资的概念、教育人力资本投资的特点、教育人力资本投资、教育人力资本投资的计量方法和教育人力资本投资的重要性。然后通过对江苏省高考招生事件减少的介绍和分析,说明当今社会对教育公平的关注和激烈的反应,推导出以下教育人力资本投资的现状。最后从政府、社会、家庭和个人人力资本投资这三个方面探讨了教育不公平现象,并提出了减少不公平现象的一些建议。
