Abstract

Based on the analysis of power angle characteristics of the low-speed permanent magnet linear synchronous motor (PMLSM). An approach is made to determining motor steady operation sections and the basic methods to prevent out of step for the low-speed PMLSM. And the out-of-step prevention strategy is set up by using the fuzzy control theory, which adopts dual-mode control structure. With the variable voltage and frequency, the motor's out-of-step preventive control is realized. Experimental results show that the method is simple, high quality. It could effectively avoid out-of-step occurrence, and the research result is valuable to engineering application.
基于模糊的低速永磁直线同步电机失步预防控制研究
分析了低速永磁直线同步电动机的功率角特性。探讨了低速永磁同步电动机稳定运行区段的确定和防止失步的基本方法。采用双模控制结构,利用模糊控制理论建立了失步预防策略。通过电压和频率的变化,实现了电机的失步预防控制。实验结果表明,该方法操作简单,质量高。该方法可有效避免失步现象的发生,研究结果具有工程应用价值。
