Abstract

Online learning has changed so that the process of interaction and communication to convey learning material between students and students and students with other students becomes more effective; in this case, a learning innovation known as Hybrid Learning emerges. This study uses a qualitative method. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The results of this study suggest that effective interpersonal communication helps students build better social skills, such as speaking in public or working in teams.
