Abstract

E-learning has been quite prevailing both in academia and industry. The development of e-learning models is not only addressing the concerns of the learner but also a technological challenge. There must be a business collaborating mechanism in learning process to ensure efficient and effective accomplishment of the learning activities. This paper presents a novel approach to map the collaborating mechanism into an e-learning application which uses the web services technology with a timing constraints specification.
