Abstract

Based on the theory of inventory demand forecasting and equipment reliability management, this paper proposes a quota model based on the maximum failure probability method, considering the historical failure rate and failure causes of spare parts based on Poisson distribution model, and takes the capacitor as an example to verify the rationality and feasibility of the model. Finally, a quota calculation model for spare parts of power grid company is established, scientifically predict the quantity of replenishment purchase, promote the spare parts of power grid company to reduce inventory, reduce cost, improve quality and efficiency.
基于最大失效概率法的电网公司备件补充采购需求管理研究
