Since the 2000s, the so-called ‘don’t ask crime’, an indiscriminate murder against unspecified peoples, has been recognized as a serious social problem. In particular, social shock and ripple effect are great when the crime of “Don’t Ask” causes a large number of casualties. As a result of the study, in the case of ‘suicide-type indiscriminate murder’, there were many cases of suicide attempts before committing the crime. the contents suggesting the crime and suicide were expressed on SNS and around. In addition, prior plans were made, such as selecting places that could cause massive casualties. In conclusion, suicide prevention and management of suicide prayers are necessary to prevent ‘suicide-type indiscriminate murder crimes’ that cause enormous casualties. In addition, it is necessary to monitor suicide and crime-related SNS, strengthen gun management, media reporting policy, pre-safety measures for crime-expected areas, and post-rescue system.
