Containing 13.81 % protein, the rye-wheat can be the best raw material for the combined feed production. Due to the high content of mucilage and proteins the spelt varieties are distinguished by high organoleptic properties and thrashing capacity. Abstract

After evaluating the agro-biological and economic efficiency, as well as the resistance rate to the abiotic factors [4] in the eared cereal crop varieties bred in the research center for the Crop Gene Pool and Selection at the ANAU, we have also investigated their technological properties and efficiency indices.
