Mobile Learning as Tool for Implementation of Blended Learning in Nursing Education

Abstract

This research focuses on the development of mobile learning applications in nursing education in Indonesia. Using the BeeDa application, which is a learning application for nursing students as a complement to blended learning. Blended learning is an integration between classroom learning, online learning and mobile learning. BeeDa facilitates students in accessing learning resources easily, anytime and anywhere. This study describes the design and implementation stages related to the development of BeeDa. Experimental data were collected using a questionnaire to nursing students. The evaluation results show that the BeeDa application is easy to use and useful in supporting learning, so it has the potential to improve learning achievement.
