Based on the research and expansion of previous literature, and based on the database published by JD on the Internet in March 2018, this paper gives strategic suggestions to JD, hoping to make it stand out among its competitors. It is found that JD should focus on improving logistics efficiency, commodity quality, and bundle discount, so as to increase its sales volume.
