This paper constructs the overall framework of “Industry Education Alliance + industry college + professional group” to create a new ecology of industry education integration. Under the “ecosystem” of the industry Education Alliance, relying on the industrial college, the paper constructs the model of technical skills convergence and social service of large and small enterprises. Abstract

The development of vocational education is inseparable from the deep integration with industrial development. However, there are many difficulties in the integration of industry and education, such as the lack of motivation and willingness of many domestic enterprises to participate in vocational education, the insufficient ability of vocational colleges to provide services for industrial development, and the different operation mechanism between the education system and the industrial system. 高职院校专业建设与信息技术产业发展深度融合战略研究
职业教育的发展离不开与产业发展的深度融合。然而,产教融合存在诸多困难,如国内许多企业参与职业教育的动力和意愿不足,高职院校为产业发展提供服务的能力不足,教育体系与产业体系运行机制不同等。本文构建了“产业教育联盟+产业学院+专业组”的整体框架,打造产业教育一体化的新生态。在产业教育联盟的“生态系统”下,依托产业学院,构建大中小企业技术技能融合与社会服务模式。通过数据分析,我们发现它可以提高高职院校的社会服务能力,为职业教育与信息技术产业发展的深度融合提供有效的方案。
