Establishment and Maintenance of Security of Judicial Activities in New Epidemiological Conditions

Abstract

The article is an analysis of the practice of applying measures by courts to counter the spread of a new coronavirus infection. Proposals are made for the targeted reform of procedural legislation, taking into account the nature of the current anti-coronavirus restrictions, as well as the norms governing the organization and provision of judicial activities.
