Abstract

Reitera nuestro Alto Tribunal su doctrina sobre la compleja tarea consistente en delimitar las fronteras de la relación laboral frente a otras figuras afines, como es en este caso un contrato mercantil de prestación de servicios en el sector de las comunicaciones audiovisuales. Our High Court reiterates its doctrine on the complex task of delimiting the boundaries of the employment relationship against other related figures, such as in this case a commercial contract for the provision of services in the audiovisual communications sector.
