The Situation of Digital Transformation to Employment Problems

Abstract

Digital transformation is an irreversible global trend. Digital transformation brings as challenge as opportunities in all aspects of social life. Through the assessment of the digital transformation process of some countries in the world, the authors make some comments on the digital transformation process in Vietnam and propose some solutions to develop human resources for the digital transformation in Vietnam.
