Abstract

In this paper a simple method for electric motor control is presented -Direct Torque Control with Flux Vector Modulation (DTC -FVM). The DTC -FVM can be applied for both induction and synchronous machine. This method is based on stator flux vector modulation. Required torque is obtained by control an angle between stator and rotor flux. Referenced stator flux vector is predicted and after comparison with actual stator flux vector the flux error is defined. This error is delivered to the SVM, which is Flux Vector Modulation.
