Abstract

Imām Ibn Abī Shaibah is an indefinite Mujtahid. His Faham-O-fiqh is hidden in the Tarājam-ul-Ābwāb of Al-Muṣannaf Ibn Abī Shaibah. With His deep vision and wisdom, perceived a lot of meaning and uncountable Aḥkām from the Tarājm-ul-Abwāb. This is his methodology. He names the Abwābs with Qur’anic Verses, then with the help of these Qur’anic verses, he catches explores new Aḥkām O Masāil through these Tarājm-ul-Abwāb. The most significant thing is (its) Tarājam-ul-Ābwāb of Al-Muṣannaf, They show Imam's' deductive, analogical vision and foresight wisdom.Tarājam-ul-Ābwāb in Al-Muṣannaf are multipurpose; this article research paper deeds with these esteemed purposes, Tarājam-ul-Ābwāb have means the chapterization. Tarājam-ul-Ābwāb of “Al-Muṣannaf” have different connotations. In this regard, the Imam quotes some verses from the Qur’an and explains it with ḥadīth. This is especially visible in certain aspects such as prescribing translation chapters (tarjumatul-bāab) with the Qurānīc verses and ḥadīth scripts. Similarly, Codification chapters for explanatory.
