Abstract

The article lists the main events and trends of recent years, which clearly identified the need for the introduction and widespread use of distance and digital learning technologies in education. The main digital competencies for which teachers were certified are presented. The results of the assessment of the formation of digital competencies of teaching staff in the Novosibirsk region and Russia are presented. Eight types of participants in the automated assessment program on a special educational platform are considered, depending on the level of proficiency in modern digital competencies. It is concluded that a teacher has to possess various tools of digital and distance technologies.
