To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher applied a questionnaire to evaluate the study sample. The questionnaire consisted of 3 parts. The first part included personal characteristics and relationships, the second part included managerial and leadership skills, and the third part included practical skills. The results of the study concluded that the trainers of persons with disabilities are more understanding of peer situations and more understanding. For peer cases and more able to organize, knowledge and bear responsibility, and as the results showed on the method of employing persons with disabilities, trainers for their peers contributed to the development of social skills, forming friendships and guiding each other to work. The results indicate the importance of applying this method through holding vocational rehabilitation programs.
