Abstract

The Regional Government of Bangkalan Regency has the authority to carry out tourism management in its territory. However, the implementation of the role of the Regional Government of Bangkalan Regency in the management of coastal tourism objects cannot yet be seen with maximum results. Therefore it is important to conduct research with the formulation of the problem, what are the obstacles in managing beach tourism objects in Bangkalan Regency and how to optimize the role of the Regional Government of Bangkalan Regency in managing beach tourism objects. This research uses empirical legal research with a qualitative empirical approach. Data obtained through interviews and observations were analyzed using qualitative data analysis techniques and then presented with descriptive presentation techniques.
