أسس القراءة الاجتماعیة المعاصرة للقرآن الکریم عرضاً ونقداً کتاب الدین والتدین أنموذجًا

Abstract

عنوان البحث: أسس القراءة الاجتماعیة المعاصرة للقرآن الکریم... عرضا ونقدا-کتاب الدین والتدین أنموذجا- موضوع البحث: یرى مؤلف کتاب (الدین والتدین) أن أحکام القرآن الکریم وتشریعاته کانت منتجا اجتماعیا، بحکم العادات والأعراف والتقالید التی نزل فیها القرآن الکریم، وبناء على هذا الرأی فلا یجب اتباع تلک الأحکام والتشریعات!! منهج البحث: استقرأ الباحث الأسس التی اعتمد علیها المؤلف فی کتابه فبلغت ثمانیة أسس، ثم قام الباحث بنقدها والرد علیها. وبین الباحث أن المؤلف اعتمد على مقدمات خاطئة، ولذا جاءت النتائج والأحکام التی وصل إلیها المؤلف خاطئة غیر صحیحة، وذلک أن المؤلف لم یحسن تعریف الدین، ولم یفرق بین الأعراف والعادات الصحیحة وبین الأعراف والعادات الباطلة، مع مغالطته فی مسائل کأسباب النزول، والنسخ فی القرآن الکریم، ورده للأحکام الواردة فی السنة النبویة. وعرض الباحث إلى أنموذجین ناقش فیها آراء المؤلف.  نتیجة البحث: بطلان أسس القراءة الاجتماعیة المعاصرة للقرآن الکریم، وأن تلک القراءة جرأة على القرآن الکریم وأحکامه وتشریعاته. الکلمات المفتاجیة:الدین والتدین- القراءة الاجتاعیة – التقالید – الأعراف - العادات Foundations of contemporary social reading of the Qur’an. Presentation and Criticism - The Book of Religion and Religion - Subject of the research: The author of the book (religion and religion) believes that the regulations of the Qur’an. and its legislations were socially produced، by virtue of the customs، customs and traditions in which the Holy Quran was revealed. Based on this view، these regulations and legislations should not be followed!! Research Methodology: The researcher studied the basics on which the author relied in his book، reaching eight bases، and then the researcher criticized and responded to them. The author pointed out that the author relied on incorrect introductions، and therefore the results and rulings reached by the author are incorrect، because the author did not difine of religion، and did not differentiate between the correct customs and false customs، with his fallacy in matters such as reasons for descent، And its response to the regulations of the Sunnah. The researcher presented two examples in which he discussed the author's views.  The result of the research: the invalidity of the foundations of contemporary social reading of the Holy Quran، and that reading boldness on the Koran and its regulations and legislations
