On the issue of monitoring the functional characteristics and security of critical complex systems

Abstract

Concepts of crucial complex systems are entered. The basic problem scientifically-methodical questions of maintenance of the control and security their functional characteristics are analysed. The methodical scheme of quantitative estimations of parameters of a condition and efficiency of their maintenance is brought.
